Weddings at The Brick Ballroom, Siloam Springs, AR
A large industrial wedding venue with indoor and outdoor options
This old car dealership turned industrial wedding venue is a true gem in the wedding and event scene in Northwest Arkansas. The Brick Ballroom is one of those venues that don’t require flipping between ceremony and reception. The main space is neatly divided into a ceremony and a reception space without it feel divided. You also have two options for cocktail hour, the lobby and an outdoor veranda which also doubles as a ceremony space. More on that later.

More wedding amenities
300 chairs and round tables are included as is usual with most wedding venues. The Brick Ballroom also includes a sound system, 2 projectors, and a one hour rehearsal before your wedding. For $500 you can host your rehearsal dinner there as well, as long as the space is available. They also have catering space with a separate entrance which is surprisingly important. You really don’t want a van parked outside, and people coming in and out with trays and food through the entrance you and your guests use. Catering is usually setting up around ceremony time! Nestled into the ceremony space is a built in bar, so you have the option to use that one or bring in a mobile bar.
Bridal suite and groom’s room
A bridal suite and a groom’s room are both available. I’d not recommend them for larger wedding parties. The groom’s room can fit about 3-5 guys and is more like a changing room. The bridal suite is larger, with more seating options and a set up for hair and makeup. It could fit a 4 person wedding party with the bride and vendors — about 6-7 in total.
In-house wedding coordinator
A wedding coordinator is included in some of the Brick Ballroom’s packages. The coordinator does more than just management work on your wedding day. They’ll be available via email to help plan your day. They’ll also run your rehearsal, set up for the ceremony and reception — and help break down at the end of the day. If you want, they can provide insider tips on which vendors to hire.
The best season for a wedding
The Brick Ballroom is an all season wedding venue. The main hall and the lobby are both climate controlled and the outdoor or area is partially shaded, so you can still use it in the middle of July. I suspect, that if you are considering this venue, that lack of greenery is not a huge issue in your wedding planning. But you can totally make that up with florals. Downtown Siloam Springs also does not have a lot of greenery around and the wedding photos that would be taken in the outdoor areas around the venue would have a lot of brick and concrete in them as well.
Accommodations in Siloam Springs
Here are a couple of highly-rated hotels in the area. You can also consider getting a short-term rental, such as an Airbnb if you have a large wedding party. Getting ready photos tend to look better in Airbnbs as opposed to hotel rooms.

My personal opinions
I’d say this is the only industrial wedding venue in northwest Arkansas. If it’s not, then it is certainly the only one that can host large weddings. What I like about The Brick Ballroom is that it is a minimal industrial venue. It’s not too overloaded with industrial-type decor, and objects. This means it’s easy to contrast and decorate with opposing elements, warm florals, and get a nice balance of the rawness of the venue and your personal decorations.
The size and shape of the venue
As I mentioned in my guide to the best wedding venues in Northwest Arkansas — the size and shape of your wedding venue really matters when selecting the right one. You obviously don’t want one that is too small for your guest list. On the opposite end of that, selecting a venue that is too big can make your wedding feel a bit empty as well. The Brick Ballroom can host up to 400 guests, and 300 seated. I would worry about it feeling empty if you are planning a wedding with anything less than 100 to 125 guests. That is to say, if you are not planning to divide or compartmentalize the space.
Photography at the venue
There is a reasonable amount of natural light that comes in through large windows in the main hall. There is definitely less natural light on the reception side of the hall. The lobby also has large windows if you are planning to do wedding or group portraits there during daylight hours. Both the bridal suite and the grooms room, however, have no windows. You should ask your photographer if they are comfortable with additional lights, and if they are able to compensate in extreme backlighting situations. Natural light photographers will probably struggle a bit at the brick ballroom. On a personal note, I really love this venue – I mean, who doesn’t love exposed brick!? The art deco styled lobby is also a dream to shoot in.
