14 Wedding Send Off Ideas - Unique Reception Grand Exits

After a long wedding day, and a beautiful reception, it is finally time to say goodbye to your guests and head out. Maybe you’re having an after party — maybe you’re done for the day. Either way, your wedding deserves a grand exit. Here are some wedding send-off ideas.

  • Sparklers

  • Confetti (get the biodegradable one!)

  • Light sabers

  • Bubbles (they make bubble machines)

  • Glow sticks

  • Cell phone flash lights

  • Cold sparks machine

  • Rose petals

  • Fireworks

  • Pom poms

  • LED balloons

  • Colored smoke bombs

  • Paper planes

Some of these are better suited for photography than others. Glow sticks and light sabers can quickly ‘lose’ their color when too much flash is used. The light from the flash overpowers the light from the stick, leaving them looking white. Bubbles are super fun to photograph, but be sure to get more than one bubble machine and have them blowing with the wind.
