The Barn by two Brothers
The Barn by two Brothers is probably the most known venue in the area. The barn itself was built in 1910 and has a historic charm that’s hard to compete with. The maximum guest count allowed is 98 but staying a little bit below that is probably safer. They offer both 1 and 2-day rentals and the price ranges from $600 for small weddings to $3000 for a two-day rental from Friday to Saturday.
The Bonneville House
The Bonneville House is a refurbished venue that sits in the middle of Fort Smith’s historic district. The house was built in 1864 and now services weddings and other events. Its maximum capacity is 150 and there are rooms where both partners can get ready in, so you don’t have to switch locations at all throughout your wedding day. The house is gorgeous and has multiple locations for amazing wedding pictures.
The Clayton House
The Clayton House is another beautiful and historic victorian wedding venue in Fort Smith. The house has been hosting weddings for well over 100 years and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The maximum guest count is about 50, depending on if you are having tables or not. There are four bedrooms on the upper floor that can host the couple and their wedding party as they get ready.
The Bakery District
The Bakery District is an industrial-style community center that hosts small businesses, pop-up gatherings, and offers spaces up for rent for weddings and events. The Bakery District is right in downtown Fort Smith so you couldn’t ask for a better location. They offer two rooms for rent — the cooler room is ideal for small events and birthday parties and the collection room is perfect for weddings. It is 8000 square feet and can host up to 350. Prices start at $750 for 4 hours of hourly rental with $200 for every hour after that. A full-day rental is $3000, a 2-day rental is $4000, and a 3-day weekender rental is $5500. The space is raw, but you can add chairs and tables for no additional charge, they also offer attendant, setup and breakdown and DJ services as add-ons for between $150-$350.
Festivity
Festivity is a multipurpose event and wedding center with well over 100 5-star reviews on Google. The facility features a modern white, gray, and purple color palette and has over 10,000 square feet of space for your wedding day.
Hidden Meadow Events
Hidden Meadow Events is technically not in Fort Smith, but just a few minutes north in Rudy, Arkansas. The venue is a nice mixture of a barn and an outdoor wedding venue and offers anything from small elopements to two day wedding rentals. The price ranges from $1000 to $5500 with many of the things included that you would expect, tables, chairs, a large tent, bridal suite, and groom’s room. The outside venue can host up to 500 guests and the barn about 350-400, so it is definitely large enough for all but the biggest weddings.
Kindred Barn
Here is another wedding venue not in Fort Smith, but totally within a 20-minute drive. Kindred Barn gives you a barn wedding experience that is elevated and luxurious — with an open and airy feel. The price range is $2500 to $6700, from weekday rentals to multi-day weekend rentals. Maximum capacity is 300.
