The 5 Best Wedding, Event, and Party Rentals in Northwest Arkansas

Are you planning a large party or a beautiful wedding and need rental items? Northwest Arkansas has plenty of amazing rental companies that make sure your wedding and/or event is as unique as possible. Whether you need large outdoor tents in Fayetteville, or a set of mix-match plates, cups, and cutlery for your English tea wedding reception in Bentonville or Rogers — this article has a lot of options for you to choose from. I have worked directly with many of these rental vendors, and have only had great experiences with them. The ones I haven’t worked with have exceptional reviews on Google and other platforms. Eventures and Intents are the two main party rentals in the region, but we also have more boutique and niche shops.

Intents Party Rentals

I have photographed many wedding ceremonies and receptions under the tents from Intents Party Rentals in Fayetteville, AR. As the name suggests, Intents provides tents of all sizes for weddings, festivals, and other events. They are kind of the number one company in NWA for party tent rentals and more. Check out their inventory for stages, tables, chairs, and lighting solutions.

Randal Events

Also formally known as Eventures, Randal Events is one of the premier wedding and event rental companies in NWA. Their huge curated selection is pretty luxurious. If you want to have lounge areas at your wedding reception — this is the place. I recently photographed a wedding featuring there lounge installation, and it was occupied the entire reception!

AAA Tents for Events

This rental company in Springdale is a wonderful addition to the wedding and event seen in northwest Arkansas. I have not worked at an event with tenants, or rentals from them, but they have received extraordinary reviews on Google as of March 2023.

Somethin Borrowed

No that’s not a typo. Somethin Borrowed is great option if you want to feed two birds with one seed and add event planning and staffing to your rentals, as they offer both. Their table selection is amazing, they have anything from simple folding tables to high-end and one-of-a-kind items. This is a great option if you are looking to simplify your wedding, event, or party planning.

Pretty Old Stuff

If you are an old soul and are planning a wedding with vintage vibes, Pretty Old Stuff is probably your one stop shop. They also collaborate with Most Joyful Day, a wedding planning company in Northwest Arkansas. I recently photographed an afternoon English tea wedding reception with their mix match plates, drink, ware, and cutlery — and it was a joy to capture!
